This out of body experience (OBE) meditation utilizes a blend of pulsing frequencies to guide you into a deep meditative state which could help induce an OBE. Taste: Hydrate yourself with water. This will reduce any stimulation to your tastebuds through dilution.
Touch: Get comfortable. Whether that’s sitting in a comfortable position or lying down. The effects are amplified if you are fasting or have an empty stomach.
