Russia’s Civil War Spreads Further in Belgorod

The Russian Volunteer Corps and Freedom of Russia Legion crossed into the Belgorod region again and are still there after four days. They have been making progress towards the city of Shebekino as the regular Russian military fires on their own city and civilians to try and eliminate the partisan forces. The Wagner Group has claimed they are going to Belgorod as they look for an excuse to leave Ukraine in advance of Ukraine’s upcoming counteroffensive.
