See comet C/2021 A1 (Leonard) from space

Recently comet C/2021 A1 (Leonard) is approaching its perigee, here is a three minutes observation from a commercial space telescope, Yangwang-1. Orbiting earth at 500km solar synchronous orbit, Yangwang-1 is 40kg optical and NUV dual band space telescope operated by Origin Space, a space resources company in China. This observation was made at Dec. 10th 17:03 - 17:06 UTC. Through Yangwang-1, Comet C/2021 A1 (Leonard) was rising from earth atmosphere. Comet ion tail is still strong, and the total brightness is around 4 magnitude. Except comet, elements within our planet gravitational region are also attracting. You can notice airglow layer surrounding our earth, which is atomic emission region from oxygen and nitrogen excited by UV radiation. And moving at such high latitude, you can even see aurora above the airglow layer as fascicular light bundles. As we looking into the star background, plenty of tiny trails are other growing low earth orbit satellites.
