Polymer Chain Anode and Metal Oxide Cathode for Aqueous Hybrid Capacitors

Aqueous hybrid capacitors are reported in full-cell devices with an energy density exceeding those of aqueous batteries, achieving excellent capacity retention of nearly 100% over ultralong 100 000 charging/discharging cycles and a high power density exceeding those of aqueous batteries by about 100-fold. This is reported by Il Woo Ock, Jae Won Choi, Hyung Mo Jeong, and Jeung Ku Kang in the article To know more, please go to the Advanced Energy Materials homepage.
