Queen Letizia of Spain donned a chic black dress asshe attended events for the inauguration of the IX International Congress of theSpanish Language. Her chic Hugo Boss gown featured fishnet detailing along the neckline, and fanned out into stylish tasselled sleeves which draped over the arms.  For the event, the mother-of-two - who has recently divided opinion by letting her natural greys show -  opted to style her tresses into a bun. She carried a black clutch and teamed the ensemble with slingback stilettos. Letizia wore long, ornate statement earrings and kept her make-up look glamorous with a smokey eye.
