Talk-8 : The necessity to train the language faculty. Bilingual talk JP&EN

In this discussion, in Talk -8, the focus is on training the faculty of Language. The concept of the faculty of Articulate language is a concept introduced by Ferdinand Saussure 1910. But this idea was known to philosophers in Antiquity, in Greece and India. We in this Talk-8 review this concept and elaborate on why we should focus on training the language faculty like we train other body organs like hand. We need to train the hand properly to engage in different activities like typing, playing pino, etc.; otherwise hand can perform only normal activities like, eating, holding, supporting the body, etc. Similarly we need to train the language faculty for communicating in different languages.
