[Remastered] David Oistrakh, G. Rozhdestvensky: J. Sibelius Violin Concerto in d minor, Op. 47, 1966

This is one of the best rendition of Sibelius Violin Concerto, performed by the legendary violinist David Oistrakh. This remastered version with the stereo sound brings a more realistic sound of Oistrakh compares to the original recording, I also did the volume dynamic adjustment of the orchestra. Unfortunately there are no high quality recordings on YouTube, but I managed to find it on Bilibili. The quality is probably the same as the DVD released by EMI in 2004. Original video: The Sibelius Violin Concerto starts at 43:25 in this video 00:00 - 1st movement 14:21 - 2nd movement 22:50 - 3rd movement Jean Sibelius: Violin Concerto in d minor, Op. 47 David Oistrakh - Violin Gennady Rozhdestvensky - Conductor The Moscow Philharmonic Orchestra Live Recording at the Tchaikovsky Hall, Moscow, November 12, 1966 Remastered by Li Wangping in 2022 Thank you all for your support!
