On a visit to Uplands Royal Canadian Air Force station in Ottawa, Group Captain Douglas Bader (RAF) steps out of car accompanied by Wing Commander Don Miller, former Commanding Officer of 242 Squadron, CF100 (new Canadian all-weather fighter plane) in background.
