Is the Core 2 Extreme QX9650 still good in 2019?

Can a CPU from 2007 still handle some recent titles? We’ll be testing games such as Anthem, Hitman 2, No Man’s Sky, Fortnite, Deep Rock Galactic and Battlefield 5.
