What makes an overdrive pedal original? Are they all Tubescreamers?

All overdrives are based off the tubescreamer, right? Plus, any pedal with the infamous 4558 IC chip is TOTALLY a ts9 or ts808 tubescreamer clone. Unless, it’s not. In this video, I’ll debunk that myth, and show you some ways you can take the exact same parts to create wildly different circuits. I’ll also show you how electronics are created from “circuit blocks“, which are similar to lego blocks, but they are electronic, make sound, and not as fun for a toddler to play with.
