As part of the Zapad 2025 joint strategic exercise, command posts and secure communication centres were equipped at the Borisovsky training ground in the Republic of Belarus. Military signalmen ensured the deployment of digital communication channels, switching equipment, special hardware, satellite communication channels, and video conference communication means at command posts. EW systems provided cover for control posts from the mock enemy UAVs. The wide range of UAVs is used to provide command and control. During the training of one of the tactical episodes, specialists of the signal troops extended a fibre-optic communication line using an unmanned aerial vehicle. #Zapad2025 Russian Defence Ministry Source: MoD Russia
