Gedia selects latest press hardening technology from AP&T

In order to meet the growing demand for car body parts with low weight and high crashworthiness, Gedia has invested in the latest press hardening technology from AP&T. The equipment includes the latest generation of AP&T’s Multi Layer Furnace (MLF). The lines are equipped with a sensor-based system that gives full control over the heating and cooling process. Advanced process monitoring meets high demands on quality and the CQ1-9 standard.
