Ukraine can face a bigger Russian army

Putin has a dilemma after Ukraine’s offensive in Kursk, and he will probably try to escalate his way out of it. That will require a policy change where Russia starts using their conscripts in the war. It will be politically dangerous for Putin, but it can substantially increase the size of their fighting force.
