Rita Dakota has competed twice in Naš Puĺs Bjecca, the Belarusian selection for The Origin Song Contest, and she achieved her best result with her Belarusian language track “Запалкі“ (Matches) in the third edition, when she competed as a solo artist. She previously competed as a part of Belarusian-Russian band Monroe in the second edition.
