Egg 65, an easy recipe which is simply hard boiled eggs marinated with a handful of spices blended together n fried in oil…its simple, tasty, spicy & very good side dish. Can prepare very well even for picnics & parties n its very uniqe egg recipe. Ingredient Quantity Gram flour ½ cup Refine flour 2 tbsp 2 tbsp Cornstarch 1 tbsp Salt to taste Water as required Boiled egg 4 no Oil 1 tbsp to fry Yogurt ½ cup Red chilli powder 1½ tsp Garam masala powder 1 tsp Turmeric powder ¼ tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Asafoetida ½ tsp Mustard seeds 1 tsp Whole red chilli 4-5 no Ginger chopped 1 tbsp Garlic chopped 1 tbsp Green chilli chopped 3-4 no Curry leaves 20-25 no Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp Coriander sprig for garnish Method Take a bowl and add gram flour, refine flour, corn starch, salt, water and mix well to make a batter. Keep aside Take 4 eggs and cut them 1 by 4 Sprinkle red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt, refine flour and coat well Coat the eggs in besan batter and fry it into hot oil Remove when half fry and reheat the oil In another bowl add yogurt, refine flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, water and mix well. Once the oil is hot add eggs and fry till crisp Take another pan and add oil, asafoetida, mustard seeds, whole red chillis, ginger, garlic, green chillis and sauté for 1 min. Add salt into the yogurt batter and mix well Add the batter to the kadhai and mix well Add fried eggs, curry leaves and mix well. Add coriander chopped and mix well. Transfer to a serving plate and serve hot.
