PROCESS SPEAKING - Listen and suggest corrections in their peers’ work - Task4

• When learners edit their peers’ work, they develop skills in identifying what makes a piece of speaking meaningful or what causes problems of misunderstanding. • When they suggest corrections in their peers’ work, it helps learners to recognise their own errors as well. • When they have to explain points to a partner, their own understanding is redefined and clarified. It requires them to think carefully about clarity and acceptability in speaking.• In fact, by making time to train learners to assess and give feedback on each other’s work, you’re giving them valuable life skills and adding to their learner autonomy.
