Elvis interview; September 22, 1958 - Brooklyn, New York

The known footage of the “newsreel interview“ compiled together - this was essentially a “best of“ of the press conference Elvis held upon his arrival to the Brooklyn Army Terminal the same day a while earlier. It was done to get some ’moving pictures’ of Elvis to show in the news before he headed for Germany. Parts of the interview (audio) was released on the “Elvis Sails“ EP (EPA-4325) in November 1958.
