Sand Springs Officer Survives Suspect’s Head-On Crash

According to Chief Mike Carter, Sand Springs Police Officer Matt Stacy thought he had time to deploy a spike strip to stop a suspect driving a stolen SUV, but he ended up taking cover behind his patrol car door to fire at the suspect when she sped up to crash into him.
