Latvia: ’The EU will not be trapped into a confrontation with Russia’ - Mogherini

EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini repeated that EU will never be trapped, or forced into, a confrontational attitude towards Russia, but she insisted that it will react strongly if the implementation of the Minsk agreements is not followed, in Riga, Saturday. She also spoke of the situation in Ukraine, which she said was not perfect, but far better than it had been a month ago - before the Minsk agreements were signed. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
