How to Travel and Workout - Calisthenics pro tries new things

Check out our newly launched brand Movement Made: In this episode of A Movement made Journey, me and my brother try slacklining high above the ground (also known as highlining). We also try out a Ninja Warrior obstacle course to see how calisthenics can carry over to this style of training. We get to see how the rope for our Minimalist Gym Rings are made, from ocean bound plastics, to a strong durable rope to complete our travel friendly gymnastics rings.
