This is a new KILLER sixpack workout for you, guys! Your abs will be on fire! No equipment is necessary, try not to take any breaks. If you need a break though - take it! Just don’t quit! When you lie on a mat, make sure you don`t arch your back, especially when you do an ab hold, a dead bug or Jackknife. If you don`t maintain a flat back, your lower back makes you bend at your hips, not your waist. Breathing is very important, exhale when you crunch, don`t forget to breathe when you do an ab hold too. Do this workout 3 times a week and you will see your first results in 2 weeks.
