An intertitle tells us that Billy Bennett (who is “almost a gentleman“) is seen leaving his Club (shot missing). Intertitle reads: “He likes the best of everything - all the best restaurants know him as a man of taste...“ We see Billy Bennett emerging from a fish and chip shop. Signs on the windows advertise Fish Suppers and Fish Dinners. Billy wears a top hat and a sort of caped coat. He is shaking vinegar on to his chips. A man and a woman come out after him - the man (who apparently works in the chip shop) takes the vinegar off him. The woman stands by Billy’s side eating her chips. C/U of the comedy duo eating their chips from newspaper. Billy has a large fake moustache and the woman wears geeky round glasses and a funny hat.
