Philippines Gun Problem

Despite its recent economic boom, the Philippines has had a hard time shaking off that “wild wild west” image. And for good reason. The homicide rate here – at close to 9 for every 100,000 people, is three times asia’s average and almost twice that of the United States. So tonight, we ask – is the Philippines’ gun culture to blame? And can a stricter gun control law lead to better peace and order?
