Breaking: EU foreign ministers make surprise visit to Kyiv I DW News

EU foreign ministers are on an unannounced trip to the capital Kyiv. It’s the first such visit to Ukraine by the foreign affairs council during the war. This is the first time foreign ministers from all 27 member states are meeting outside the EU. The show of solidarity comes as Ukraine faces waning support from its allies, including the United States. Congress has announced it’s temporarily halting new funding to Ukraine - and Slovakia’s newly elected leader has vowed to end support for Kyiv.
