This unit has a unique extendable light-bar which also includes a message board and traffic signals. The light-bar is displaying a cautionary message to check your belongings and make sure you are not carrying anything dangerous or illegal in public, especially when approaching government property. Furthermore there is writing on the vehicles identifying it as a unit specifically assigned to protecting government property in Seoul.
