30 minutes | Full Body Crusher | At home workout for muscle building and fat loss
HAPPY NEW YEAR my loves! 🎇 A fresh year started, and I want you to think about your highest and best version by the end of 2024. 🎆 How do you look like; how do you train? Visualize it and make it happen! 🙌 I created these home workouts for you because I like working out myself at home and at the gym. So, I wanted to make the habit of working out consistently even easier for all of you that have only access to minimal equipment at home. But also keep in mind, that you can do my workouts at the gym too. Simply put your earphones in, take a set of dumbbells and let’s freaking do this! 💪🥳
🗓️ For January I’m going to upload FIVE Workouts a week. 3x Strength and 2x Mobility.

○ Equipment: Dumbbells (weights I am using for your reference are 2x 5kg, 2x 7,5kg and 1x 12kg)

○ Tri-Set 1 – Legs, Glutes, Abs
○ Tri-Set 2 – Back, Chest / Shoulders, Abs
○ Tri-Set 3 – Upper Back, Triceps, Abs
○ Finisher 🔥 - Full Body Conditioning & Sweat
○ Cool-Down Mobility - Hips, Hamstrings, Shoulders, Spine
