I promised a Tsubasa Masuwaka inspired tutorial months ago so I apologise about the delay guys but here it is ^_^ Tsubasa is a popular Japanese magazine popteen model famous for her long blonde hair and gyaru makeup. Her entire face remains neutral (not much colour).
