When Perfectionism and Anxiety Stop You From Trying New Things

How often does anxiety, stress, discomfort or fear of the unknown stop you from trying something new? It’s so easy for us to stay in familiar patterns and activities that we know we’ll perform well in. The key is to not judge ourselves for being nervous or afraid of being apprehensive. Those are perfectly normal feelings to have! In this video I offer some tips to deal with our inner critic, our perfectionistic tyrant and pesky fears that we might not look so polished when doing something the very first time.
