Earl Grey Pie Recipe - the pie my friends always crave

If you haven’t and are a fan of anything earl grey flavored, then you definitely need to give this pie a try. It’s the pie that my friends usually request for and is great for anytime but especially spring or summer! It starts with a pie crust that has a small layer of dark chocolate ganache. I then add earl grey pastry cream and then top it off with some whipped cream. Some chopped pistachios are added on top for decoration. This recipe is inspired by the earl grey pie sold at Pie Hole.
