Tensions rise after Azerbaijan blocks land route from Armenia

French Foreign Minister, Catherine Colonna, has urged Armenian and Azeri leaders to resume talks over a disputed enclave. Azerbaijan has rejected the appeals to remove a checkpoint on the Lachin Corridor, the only road connecting the disputed Nagorno-Karabakh region and Armenia.
