In our Here We Go video children can practice learning spatial concepts and positional words as they sing, move and have fun together. The concept of opposites can also be introduced as I move in opposite directions. Have your children stand up, sing along with me and follow my movements - up, down, side to side, round and round ... The great rhythm and beat will motivate them to move right along with me. I am a strong believer in all the benefits of fitness and exercise and getting children to enjoy moving their bodies’ everyday.
