Easy messy bun technique 💁‍♀️ Gather hair into a ponytail and hold it with your dominant hand. Using your non-dominant hand, pull elastic over the base of the ponytail halfway and stop. Insert your non-dominant hand through the elastic toward the front of your face. This will naturally create a half twist in the elastic. Then, bring your hand back in the direction it came, making sure to sweep it under the existing ponytail and around two times. Place elastic over the base of the ponytail and push it through. Pinch, tug, and pull bun apart depending on your desired messy level. Use bobby pins where needed to create your desired shape.
