Mini no bake cheesecake cupcakes with peanut and caramel chocolate. Very easy and fast to make. Recipe for 8-10 cupcakes: 150g digestive biscuits 60g butter 175ml whipping cream 250g cream cheese 50g icing sugar 150g peanut caramel chocolate (10-20g for topping) Caramel topping blend biscuits and add melted butter. put the mix in cupcakeforms and press it firmly with the bottom of a cup. whip the cream mix the creamcheese and icing sugar and fold in whipped cream and chopped chocolate. add the mixture to the cupcakeforms and put it in the fridge for 45 min. top the cupcakes with a little chopped chocolate and lots of caramel topping :-) Enjoy Please like and subscribe.
