Fire hit a cargo vessel at the Delpan Bridge in Tondo, Manila on Saturday morning and three people were reported injured. The cargo vessel was identified as the MV Titan 8. 24 Oras is GMA Network’s flagship newscast, anchored by Mike Enriquez, Mel Tiangco and Vicky Morales.
