The State of the State Department and American Diplomacy, a talk with Ambassador R. Nicholas Burns

The Foreign Policy Association in welcomed Ambassador R. Nicholas Burns to deliver the 2019 Hassib J. Sabbagh Lecture on Diplomacy. The talk focused on drastic changes that have affected the Foreign Service as a profession and the way the United States conducts itself on the international stage.
