WWF CHARITY EVENT 1999 TLC performs their various hits from “Fanmail“ live in Japan in 1999. Monica, Utada Hikaru, and TLC all performed that night however I only left in TLC’s portion. The press conference at the beginning shows Left Eye talking about the meaning behind the concert.
