If you DON’T have a WORKING (!!!!) PayPal that is READY TO RECEIVE payments - then I guess you can’t really participate in this tournament lol. (You can still submit a video, I would still react to it (if I see it), but in the end you wouldn’t win any money). 2) Have a Instagram, E-Mail or Discord account where I can message you when you win. Please make sure to add your contact in the description of the video so I know where to message you.
