With this video I also explain my way of workout and food-schedule. I’m doing 4 times a week workouts and 2 to 3 times a week running. Train for atleast 2 times a week every musclegroup. Abs almost every day. For longdistance running I do run not further than 4 miles, because otherwise I gonna lose musclemass and it ask to much energy. On an average week I’m eating 2 times pastas, 3 times potatoes with vedgetables and beef or chickenmmeat, 1 time Chinese food and 1 time can be everything. Basicly I don’t have a diet, because I also move a lot.
