This is basically a buttermilk fried chicken and the secret is in your choice of spices. In my guide I have used paprika, ginger powder, garlic powder, black pepper and salt. You can use any spices that you like or have available just make sure to add directly to the chicken before adding the buttermilk.
After frying the chicken will be juicy and this is because the juices are trapped into the chicken during frying process.
