My family killed the pig early in order to have the annual pig feast early and feel the happiness of the Spring Festival in advance. Dishes for the annual pig feast are stir-fried parts of the pig, which are fresh and quickly cooked. The dishes are pretty much the same at every house, but they taste different. This year, I’ve had the annual pig feast of 20 families. Life in the village is really simple and happy, except that I guess I’ve gained some weight again. Hello, everyone!
