Making a CYLINDER Head with NO Valves but ROTARY Ports!

This is my first attempt at making a cylinder head with a rotary valve, instead of the traditional poppet style valves. Being my first attempt, I’m pretty pleased with the results. Original cylinder head with poppet valves reached 13,500 top rpm while whith the rotary valves 15,800rpm.
