“INFLUENCE“ now available at: These are three songs from their self-titled album on ABC Records-1968. In Sept.’67 I went to see them at “The Strawberry Patch“ in Yorkville Village. It was an incredible evening of unparalleled music. They were definitely unlike any other band, before or since. They were a band that played “of one mind“. In Nov. of ’67 they went to New York to play at “The Scene“ & ended up recording an album at “Bell Studios“. When they returned to Canada they opened gigs for “Procol Harum“, “Steppenwolf“ & The Doors“. Their keyboardist-singer Bobo Island was one of the most intense performers I ever saw in the “Village“.
