The 15“ Grandfather Briefcase is made from full-grain leather. We don’t shave off any layers to eliminate scars, brands or markings. The inside is lined with pig-skin, which is even tougher than cow skin. Our thread is unbelievably strong and UV resistant German industrial marine-grade polyester thread. It doesn’t deteriorate when the sun hits it like nylon thread does. Our custom hardware is 316 stainless steel; it’s the metal you want to use when your life depends on it. The leather 15” Grandfather Briefcase takes you back to a time when things were simpler, time moved much slower, and when there was function and quality in products not often found today.
