AY Solar Immersion Prereqs

This video describes the prerequisites for an AcroYoga Solar Immersion. You must have the movement vocabulary to travel safely to new heights in the AcroYoga Solar Immersion, please review the pre-requisites or attend an AcroYoga Elemental Immersion. Prerequisites will be reviewed on the first day of the the Immersion, if you cannot comfortably execute the skills, you will be asked to leave and given a partial refund.
