HOW TO MAKE GREEN MATCHA FUDGE. (КАК ПРИГОТОВИТЬ ИРИСКИ С ЗЕЛЁНЫМ МАТЧА.) RECIPE : 100 g (3.5 oz.) Sugar 115 g (4.1 oz.) Glucose Syrup 70 g (2.5 oz.) Heavy Cream 85 g (3 oz.) White Chocolate 15 g (0.5 oz.) Cocoa Butter 2 tsp Green Matcha Powder Heavy cream, sugar, glucose and green matcha boil till 118 C (244 F), mix well and pour into square metal frame 6“ x 6“ on silicon mat. Let it air dry for 20-24 hours and then you can cut in pieces and enjoy. This fudge is for matcha lovers !!! I’m sure you can make the same way with cocoa powder, milk or dark chocolates and can play with different flavors. You can substitute glucose syrup for light corn syrup.
