’The free-speech crisis is not a right-wing myth’

According to Professor Frank Furedi: “Too many on what passes for the left are keen to dismiss the free-speech crisis in universities as a ‘right-wing myth’.“ Speaking to talkRADIO’s Mark Dolan he said: “I couldn’t understand why so many media commentators are saying there is no free speech problem…and I realised what they really mean, is that they don’t actually believe in free speech for everybody.”
