This kettlebell workout is a full body workout that has four tasks:
4 minutes of alternating kettlebell swings
AMRAP
2 minutes rest
4 minutes of kettlebell strict press
AMRAP (switch at will)
2 minutes rest
8 minutes of a kettlebell combo
EMOM (switch each minute)
4 minutes rest
3 to 5 rounds of kettlebell exercises for flexibility and mobility
