2 tablespoons (30mL) unsweetened almond milk or water
1 teaspoon (5mL) avocado oil or any oil of choice
½ tablespoon (4g) granulated erythritol or any sweetener of choice
pinch of salt
3 tablespoons (21g) coconut flour
2 teaspoons (5g) whole psyllium husk
1 teaspoon (4g) baking powder
2-3 tablespoons (15-22g) chopped walnuts
Microwave for 2 ½ to 3 minutes.
