I combined the scope and portrait versions of the trailer for Denis Villeneuve’s ’Dune’ to create this comparison, showing where shots have been repositioned and which sections might expand to aspect ratio when presented in IMAX. A lot of shots do not expand vertically, so the normal ratio is seen on these parts.
