This advanced ab workout is specifically designed to tighten and tone your lower and upper abs. It consists of 18 no repeat exercises, each lasting 40s, followed by a 10s rest. It is a bodyweight only workout so no need for any equipment, just a mat. Remember that it is not possible to burn fat of one specific body part and not others. Fat loss is a combination of exercise and well balanced diet. However, by strengthening your core including your lower abs your stomach will be tighter and more toned.
